Here's how to measure your hand to choose the right size bracelet:

What you'll need:

- A flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper
- A pen or pencil (if using paper)
- Ruler (if using paper)

Steps:

Locate the measuring spot: Find the narrowest part of your wrist, just above your wrist bone. This is where you'll typically wear the bracelet.
Wrap the measuring tape: Take the measuring tape and wrap it snugly but comfortably around your wrist at the designated spot. Make sure the tape isn't too loose or too tight.
Note the measurement: Read the number on the measuring tape where it meets the end. If you're using a strip of paper, mark the spot with a pen and then use a ruler to measure the distance between the mark and the end of the paper.
